I have a work comp claim for tendinitus in right arm & going to court I don't have lawyer what should I do?

Question:
I was was working for a city government in NM and injuried my right arm clicking on mouse (overload of data entry and they sent me to Dr. went thru therapy, etc. and still have it bad ( I have been on pain pills since December) In pain every day. I didn't work for 3 mo. and it never went away. (I can't even vacuum without it hurting) They are claiming I didn't get it there and do not want to settle with me. I don't have a lawyer & I go to court on the phone cuz I quit & live in CA now. I hope I can keep my new job because it involves a little data entry which I come home every nite in pain. The Drs. dianosed me with tendinitus and now are lying saying things I said and didn't. They treated me with physical therapy, accupuncture, shot my arm with cortizone and chiropractor. Nothing helped. I am in the same pain and if I do too much it starts puffing up again. Please help me?

Answers:
Is it possible for you to change your claim? It sounds more like you have carpal tunnel not tendonitis or maybe a combination of both. The problem it that with tendonitis you can have been injured at anytime. Carpal tunnel is more from doing office stuff such as typing and clicking a mouse.
You will need evidence from a Dr.
