i have hypothyrodism which has suddenly changed into hypertyrodism i want to know the reason?

I'm guessing stress. There is a condition called Hashimoto's Disease that will make your thyroid fluctuate like that, but the biggest effect is definitely stress. Mine did that during a very painful divorce. Once things were under control again, so was my thyroid.
