Hello,I have sinus headaches everyday - anybody know a good way of dealing with them?

YES...I had been battling that for years.

Take mucinex and drink tons of water. Use Saline nasal drops twice per day. Don't snort them too hard though.

Keep all the DUST and pet hair/dander out of your house.
Sleep with a humidifier in your bedroom.

DON'T use decongestant sprays EVER! They often work only once, it can have a reverse effect, and you can also build up a tolerance to them. DON'T use sudafed unless it is a complete emergency.

try sleeping on an inclined pillow.try better filtering in your home air conditioner.and see a dr,maybe they can determine exactly what is driving your allergies into headaches!
