What on earth can you do to get all of hair lice out of your hair? I used the Rid and the Cetaphil.?

It's not enough to rid (no pun intended) your hair of it... you also need to rid your sheets, pillowcases, clothing... everything... or you get reinfected.
You need to wash it all in HOT water.

The best solution is go shave your head. Drastic solution but it works.
you could cut it all off and just wear a hat or go to a salon and have them wash your hair , or the doctor and he/she will pescribe something .
if you can find an old hair dryer that sits on your head, it does wonders.
make sure that you spray everything such as bedding, linens, towels, clothes, stuffed animals, your car seats, everything you come in contact with.
some people dye their hair to kill the lice.
my daughter was exposed and i let her spend the day in the pool. chlorine will kill those nasty things.
also there is a battery operated comb called a robicomb that kills the nits.
when you do your hair again, make sure that you get all the nits out of your hair or they will reappear.
When cleaning your hair of lice, you not only need to, as already mentioned, clean all of your bedding and furniture and stuffed animals, you also need to go through and get all the dead eggs out of your hair. It's a long process and you have to go through each strand paying special attention to the most affected area.
You didn't say if your hair is long or not but I used olive oil and alot of patience to get rid of the nits in my daugther's hair. Get
a nit comb, 2 bowls, some olive oil and some dishsoap. This will take time but dip the comb in the olive oil and then run it through a few strands of hair. The nits can't latch on to the hair and come off on the comb. Then dip the comb with the nits into the
bowl full of dishsoap. Wipe off the comb and dip back into the olive oil.
after you have cleaned EVERYTHING in your house and used the shampoo, comb it constantly, I mean every spare moment that you have use it combing. With a nit comb. You can use the shampoo more often than the box suggests.
Shave every single hair that exists on your body.
it helps if your hair is short. but if not.... it might take longer to get rid of them. i suggest baby oil. has worked for me. they hate oily hair and carefully comb thru it...over and over again.with one of those fine head lice combs and once you are rid of them use hair gel. it has help me keep my kids from getting them anymore.(the gel). it seems classrooms have one filthy child in the class every year who keeps head lice constantly. not their fault of course but it makes a nightmare for the other childern and parents. and make sure your bedding has been cleaned. i suggest bombing your home with pesticide. they sell that at walmart....or someplace like that.

Been there done that....this is all natural go get a box of Borax its where the laundry detergent is and ita all natural take 3 tablesppons of borax to 1 cup of warm water mix good and put on your hair put a plastic cap on and wait afew hours it will kill anything left that rid didnt get. Get tea tree oil put one cap full in 1 full bottle of shampo this will make the nits comb right out of your hair. wash everything in Borax, remember its all NATURAL. after you get rid of all the lice and nits.... everyday spray your hair, cloths, backpack, hats with Aussie hair insurance ( its by the hair spary) and you will NEVER get lice again and the tea tree oil is great for everyones hair. You can get all this at walmart for about $10.00,
