Has anyone taken Zelnorm, for IBS?

i wanted to know if u have and how much does it cost? I don't have insurance and I wanted to ask my doctor to write me a presception for this? how much is it and does it really work?

Yes, I have taken it. My insurance covered it but I know it is very expensive. I had an after market side effect from it that ended getting reported to the FDA. A bile duct obstruction. Very serious. And the kicker is it really didn't help me.

So, the for IBS caused constipation is taking a stool softener, it is over the counter and a lot cheaper than Zelnorm.
