the druggist will have this thing to wash put your sinuses it is a water pic I think and what I do is to put a drop of grapefood seed extract in the water and it kills anything you get that at a healthfood store. Often what happens is that a favorable environment for bacteria is formed and you may need anti-biotic pills but if you have the water thingy next time when it first starts you can kill it b4 it gets bad.
