elevated gamma protien levels?
Question:
Answers:
If you have elevated proteins, your doctor needs to order additional tests to identify the cause. If the tests have already been done, what were the results? Normally, this would be done before a bone marrow biopsy. At a minimum, have a serum and urine protein electrophoresis. What were the units and reference ranges you were given for the values you received? I'm not sure what you mean by, "protien levels .062g a total of 8."
Please see the webpages for more details on Immunoelectrophoresis. Consult your doctor.
