I don't know that any Saint can do that, but to get healthy live as healthy a lifestyle as possible. That would include drinking about 6-8 glasses of water spaced thru-out the day. Eating moderate amounts of all the good food--high in fruits and veggies, low in fats and sugars--getting about 20 minutes of exercise every day, resting/sleeping 8 hours p/night, keeping your conscience clear by doing right and helping others, having a thankful attitude for all the blessings in your life, and trusting in God to help and save you.
