How can you tell if your eye is clogged because my eye has beeen really teary lately and this never happene?

If your eye is teary and begins to itch, you may have conjunctivitis, some people call it pink eye. Your eye doctor or family doctor can treat it with drops. I'd get it checked out. You may also be suffering with seasonal allergies, tell your doctor all your symptoms.
Close your other eye and find out if you can see out of the clogged one.
