I guess one that can be cured with antibiotics, or crabs that can get cured with lice shampoo. :D

If you simply must, syphillis and gonnorhea are curable while Aids is not.

I think it's a tie between Syphillis and Herpes.

I don't know what it is about Syphillis and the burning but I think it's wonderful and hard to top.

The thing about Herpes though, is it's a minor inconvenience compared to say HIV BUT, it always comes around when you least expect it. Like one of those really cool friends that has a job that lets him travel and he calls you up every time he's in town. I like the little surprises Herpes has to offer. And with no cure in sight, I think I'll be enjoying my herpes for some time now.
