what is the longest epileptic seizure anyone has had?

Question:
simple partial and complex partial seizures

Answers:
Nobody could really give an answer to your question as I doubt that this ever would have been recorded. There is a condition called status epilepticus where the patient goes into a continual seizure and to make the definition this had to go on for at least thirty minutes. As without intervention this type of seizure would not terminate in the days prior to recognised medication someone could technically have had a seizure lasting several days before dying from respiratory failure or other complications. Today it would be very unusual for a seizure to last longer than one hour.
3 hrs i was asleep for two days
