I have a 8 year old female who had a ruptured disc repaired 8/4. She can only drag her back legs .?

Question: We're doing the rehab exercises and we have a sling. Anyone with similar experience who can advise on how to get her back on her feet assuming of course the surgery was successful.

There are wheelchairs for dogs, to help get them back on thier feet . they are extreemly helpful to injured dogs and recouping ones.
