There are a few products made specifically for "taking the sting out". I'm not sure any of them work worth a damn though. I know the ones I've tried certainly haven't.
The very best is an ice cube. It was what my mom put on me when I got stung by a bee when I was less than 5 years old. And it was what I suggested to my daughter after she was stung by a wasp a few years ago. Tried and true sometimes means just that.
Wetted tobacco help if it is applied right after the sting.
