I got scratched by my neighbor's evil cat. What diseases (if any) do I need to worry about?

Is Rabies something I need to be concerned about? I was not bitten, only scratched.

i do not think u can get rabbies from a scratch but it will burn b/c cats do have toxins in there claws but if it starts to swell see a doc
