Should i be hospitalized?

Question:
I am 31 years old and have a heart condition lately i have been feeling weak and my muscles are sore and I have been having chest pains more and more lately I also have a history of low potassium and have a feeling this is what is causing these symptoms I take potassium but it doesnt seem to be helping do you think that I should go to the hospital or see if it passes

Answers:
Please see your doctor. With your history the symptoms you are having could indicate a serious problem. Potassium is necessary in the proper amounts for the electrical system that causes your heart to beat to operate properly and the symptoms you are describing with the muscle weakness could mean you potassium is out of the proper range which is very narrow. Do not risk your life, you are relatively young and can have a long and happy life if you take care of your health. Please stop sitting around and go get seen about.

Other Answers:
Get to the hospital! Your life should not be a gamble or a waiting game.
go to the hospital!
Yes, get checked out.
Your asking us?How about calling your doctor? Please, right now.
Well you can wait and see if it passes or end up dead on the floor. SO many people are dieing because they don't want to go to the hospital. Don't you think it would be less stress if the doctor tells you your fine this time? GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you should at least see your family doctor. chest pains are a very serios thing don't play with your life if you want to stay in it
My gosh yes! Go go go!
Go to the hospital.. better to be laying in a hospital bed than laying on a slab in that hospital.
bananas are high in potassium start eating them right away&see if your chest pains go away/eas up.I would eat atleast 2bananas a day
if not more.
Call an ambulance
If i were you i wouldn't take any chances, i would go to your physican and see what they have to say. They will probably do some tests and maybe admit you to the hospital. I wouldn't take any chances. It could be something serious.
Please take ECG and consult a cardiologist. You should take medications (Blood thinners) in order to prevent heart attack. Cholesterol in the blood should be reduced. Please avoid oily and fatty food. Cigarette smoking, if any, should be stopped and overweight should be reduced.
Please see the webpages for more details on Unstable angina.
Yes. Heart disease is nothing to fool around with. You may end up with a heart attack if it goes untreated. This happened to my husband and he had 3 heart attacks at 42. Don't wait. It won't hurt to look into it. PLEASE DON'T WAIT. At least call a doctor so he can do a stress test and EKG. You'll be more comfortable if everything comes out good. Don't be another statistic.
yeah i think u should see someone. however u should do pranayam. it is a series of breathing exercises and it has been know to cure some diseases and has no side effects. if u would like to know more contact me and i will send u some info.
Potassium supplementation and excess of it can also cause such problems. Hence stop using potassium on your own. Get your serum checked for electrolytes and maybe you will also require an ECG along with echocardiography. Let your doctor decide and go to him.
You should consult a doctor and try to get a diagnosis.
