I am suffering from tenis elbow from nealy three months. What is the best treatment and exercise to treat it?

Tennis elbow is the inflamation of the tendons on the lateral side of the elbow. You can take an ice cube and gently massage it for about 10 minutes and repeat the same for 3 times a week. if you approach a physical therapist , that would be useful where they use a modality called ultrasound with some medication. A physical therapist can teach you how to do correct exercise.

Get a cotizone shot. Water therapy is also helpful and lay off the tennis for awhile and give your tendons time to heal. You could also try acupuncture if you don't want to go the shot route. I had good luck with sciatica with acupuncture.
I know that you will not like this answer, but you can't play for at least two weeks. Tennis elbow is caused by a tendon that is rubbing against the bone. That means that you have to correct your swing. That will take a while.You have to ice it at least three times a day to keep the swelling down. You have to keep the ice on it for at least 20 minuets. It will be very cold, but don't take the ice off it. That will help it heal faster. Don't put heat on it. That will just inflame the muscles. Try not to do anything active, an in playing other sports. Even-though it hurts, don't take pain killers. That numbs the pain and you can injure your self even more because you can't feel what you are doing to it. I had tennis elbow and I hated it! I had it when I was trying out for the tennis team. Every time it hurt I had to stop and ice it. That meant that I couldn't play to get on the team. I got on it anyways. Having been a pitcher for many years my elbow was as well shot. I am a carpenter so the damage just got progressively worse. Went through the routine so you can understand how surprised I was when I found this simple exercise that solve the problem. go to doc, get predisone dose pak. take anti inflamitories every day. wear tennis elbow strap.
