is it normal for a wart to turn white when using compound w?

I know a lot of people who have had used, Compound W, it often works (white is normal) or I would just go see the Dermatologist and have it removed he/she might also give you treatment ti attack the virus that causes them.

Yes, the skin will start to die around the treated area. The white that you see is dead and keratinized skill cells that will storta just flake off eventually. It may get worse before it starts to look better. You can hide it with a bandage while you are treating it. If you get any large blisters or if it starts to get really red and sore, you should go see a dermatologist.
Yes it's normal. It means blood flow is being restricted to the wart and will soon fall off. Yay for you! ;)
