What is the red pimple looking rash on my dog's belly's?

could be something bit your dog even while it slept. Could be a spider bite, a cockroach bite, an ant bite, fleas..almost any insect that comes into the house. My suggestion would be first to fog your house or apartment, and then ask your vet to take a look..usually just a rash or loss of hair could mean alergy like to the tube flea preventative you use. Because dogs go outdoors one never knows what bites out there. But first figure out if your dog got into something new you're using around the house (then ask the vet). Could be he just sat on some ants.
