How much would a Speech pathologist or Therapist Charge to fix my Speech Problem in India?

Question: I am a 20 year old guy.My speech was fine before the age of 14.But now nobody is able to understand some of my words which i speak and also if i want to say "Player" i will say "Prayer".What is the problem with me?

Answers:
You need an English speaking coach, not a therapist or a pathologist. English ascent spoken by native Indian's is very difficult overcome.
