She may have a yeast infection. The best solution would be to go to a gynocologist to get it checked out. If not, you can go to a local drug store, talk with the pharmacist, and buy an over-the-counter yeast infection cream/pill/suppository.
It sound like a yeast infection, they have many over the counter treatments ...however seeing a Doctor would be best. Find an adult friend that you can trust and perhaps they can help you find a clinic that your friend can visit. My best advice would be to let this scare you both enough to stop having unprotected sex. You have the rest of your adult life to have sex. Enjoy being a kid now!!!!!!!!!

sounds like a bacterial infection. just normal bacterial nothing bad. go to your local health dept or have her make an appt with her doctor. her parents dont have to know unless she wants them to know. you also might need to be treated.
