I've had a urinary tract infection twice and i dont have it anymore but my kidneys hurt....?

Question:
They hurt every once in a while. They hurt now but the last time they hurt was about a week ago. Is this something major? Should i see a doctor immediatly or should i wait until my appointment which is about 3 weeks from now?

Answers:
I have had many urinary tract infections. I have even had kidney infections that required hospitalizations. Once you have had kidney pain, you know it is your kidney. The best home remedy is plenty of 100% cranberry juice until you see a doctor. 32 ounces in one day usually eliminates the pain for me unless it is another kidney infection. Also, drink plenty of water.
Just to be on the safe side I would go see a doctor imediately
Its better to be safe than sorry

Hope you get better soon

See a doctor as soon as possible.
How do you know your kidneys hurt?
anyway if your kidneys are hurting you should see a doctor. Make an appointment for the next couple of days.

If you are realy concerned, you should have a blood test, your blood can be checked for urea, uric acid and creatine
