i have never had chike pox, im 15 and i have not alot alot but some red looking pimples in my chest.?

Tell your mom or dad. It could be acne, it could be a heat rash, it could be any number of things. Kids these days are usually immunized against the chicken pox, so it's unlikely that you have them. If you havent been feeling well, and particularly if you have a fever (even a mild one), your parents will probably want to have a doctor examine you.
You should tell them right away too, because chicken pox is highly contagious. Just because other kids may have been immunized, does not mean all adults are. There are loads of adults who've never had them before and can catch them from you. Not to mention pregnant women, who can suffer miscarriages if they catch it, and babies who havent had a chance to get immunized yet.

You may have the chicken pox, show a parent. I had the chicken pox just in time for my 8th grade graduation, I was not able to graduate with my class. That was almost 30 years ago.
