What are the best shoes for People with Bonespurs?

Question: Iam a Diabetic and have Bonespurs on the bottom of both of my Feet. i would like to know if there are any shoes that feel like your Foot is laying in a soft Bed.. Please only answer if you know this.

I had heel spurs and went and got the nike shox. within a month they were gone. hang int here don't have surgery. try this first.
