Not likely. the Hiv positive person would have had to have a significant HIV viral load on their fingernail. Unless that fingernail was in some place containing a large amount of bodily fluid immediately prior to the occurence it is quite immpossible.

I would say not likely. Unless it broke the skin and blood came out. But even then, the time it would take for the blood to get into the other persons body from the fingernail, the virus probably would be dead by then. Thats just my opinion though. Get tested if your worried, but I would say there is no worries.
