My Brother and My Son have Psoriasis pretty bad I need some Ideas on how to get rid of it?

Question: My Bro and now my baby boy have it bad I need some ideas besides Hydocortizone Cream to help get it under control if you have it or know someone that does help out I would like some ideas that dont involve a trip to the doctor like natural cures and stuff but any advise will help

Things such as FD&C artificial food colors, BHT, BHT, TBHQ, artificial food flavorings like vanillin and others. Those things are all petroleum based and not really good to eat.
