Because women's reproductive organs are all on the inside and mens are not, so when women have sex, all the bacteria that causes STDs are inside of them, as for men all their bacteria is on the outside. Yes bacteria that causes STDs get inside of men but not as much as women

females are more prone to diseases because the have a open area with as a man they dont have a open area on there body as a girl has just take care of you self.
