After Angipolasty-dis.
Question:
Any one know any similar situations ?
Answers:
I had an angioplasty done in May and I still have some discomfort (very minor) it last about 90 and it will get better. Watch the wound and see that it is not turning red or looking infected and watch the temperature too.

If follow up tests indicate everything is OK then it could be anxiety. An anxiety attack can cause symptoms similar to a heart attack. And yes the best of us can become anxious after undergoing any heart procedure. After all they did this to save your life and that can be an eye opener. When he has the pain does he take a nitro tablet? Does it go away after taking one? Does the pain occur when he exerts himself? Or does it occur at rest? At rest chest pain can be caused by angina but can also be traced to anxiety and gastric problems. All your brain knows is there is pain. Pain occurring after exertion is generally considered to be more closely linked to the heart but not necessarily so. It can be difficult to distinguish heart pain as opposed to other chest pain but over time you learn to relax and not think that every twinge is a heart attack.
