you need documentation from a doc to really declare what types of seizures they are 2 or more siezures is considered eplilepsy
it is hard to document unless a doc actually sees u having a seizure

A documented grand mal or petit mal seizure would be a starting point, however, an EEG that is administered under a physican's care can document an induced seizure, i.e. use of strobe lights.
