I have a heavy cough, fever and now diarrhea. Which illness could this be?

Sounds like the flu. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water. Cool cloth on your head for fever and make sure if your temp goes higher to call someone. But you may just need to rest and ride it out. Take care, hope you feel better soon.

Could be a type of flu,or bronchitis, or pneumonia Get to a doctor.
Keep the temp down the body fluids up drink warm chicken broth .and did i say get to a doctor ! their are to many things going around to take chances .
