Do you think, one day...AIDS will be?

Question:
passed to everyone, some how? i mean, condoms really don't protect against it since the virus is smaller than sprem so it can go though the rubber. and im sure there are PLENTY of people who don't even know they are infected. What if everyone had AIDS/HIV other than your spouse and you? Say your spouse cheated. you wouldnt know, and i would assume you wouldn't go together and get checked, i mean your married, you just assume that they are faithful. then you two would have the virus also. no one could have babies with anyone! we would all die out!

ok so im not really sure where the question is in here. just give me your thoughts on the subject :)

Answers:
Okay, you said you learned that in a medical skills class? Well, if the virus can pass through condoms, then why do medical professionals teach that you should even use condoms? I mean, what is the point if you're still at risk, if the condoms really do not protect against HIV? Hmm... you telling me that I have been lied to by my gynocologist for all these years? Hmm... now I wonder what else she lied to me about!

Or, maybe you're just really confused? Somehow that sounds likely!

Other Answers:
let's not think about that, that's why there's an information drive about it, for us to be careful about it. Things you don't know are dangerous so there's information dissemination going on. No, I hope so not.
where did you hear that the virus travels threw the condom? that's so untrue the virus is carried in the bodily fluids and if those don't touch your body then neither does the virus, besides most people take stuff like that into consideration before having sex and they don't have sex with someone that has it even with protection.
AIDS is a tragedy that has touched all our lives in one way or another. I feel that one day they will find a cure for this dreadful disease. I have seen so many deaths attributed to AIDS.People are living longer and healther with AIDS today than they did 10 years ago. So there is hope.Take care. Be safe.
one of the precautions u can do is to get a medical check-up b4 u get married n make it as a routine every year...... that is life, u r always at risk whenever u want to make a decision.
well everyone who is sexually active should be tested first and formost...if they are infected they should be straight forward with their parnter and tell them. or just not be sexualy active at all.
A person can live with HIV as long as their ammune system is high and blood cell counts are high they do have a lot of medications to help those stay strong. Once HIV has turned to AIDS its harder to fight off and chances of a long life are slim to none.
I do know they are working on different types of things for a cure for HIV wich was not found as of yet...hopefully in the near future there will be a cure cause there are so many people who are infected and just dont know it Aids can take years to show up if someone was contacted with someone with the virus.
Its a very scarey disease and i hope for all our sakes we all dont come down with it..so lets all hope that they do find a cure very soon!
This is a link that can help youngster understand more about aid.
It's not AIDS to worry about ...it's the viral Flu Bug that is the killer.
There's money in diseases, cures and wars. Peace is like an (pardon) undetection.

It's amazing that it is going to take a software developer (not a scientist) to finally come up - if not with a cure - certainly an anecdote that will at least put less priviledged countries at ease with the unnecessary suffering that racial cleansing is taking on the rest of humanity.

While some of us were busy trying to decide if we should wear a condom, at least 100 people died in the last minute alone from AIDS-related causes somewhere over the rainbow.
