I keep waking up with my head on the desk?

Answers:
What goes up, must go down,,,Like another answerer said ..Beware of sugar.. I had a trainer tell me that sugar actually makes your body crave more sugar..Vicious circle..
Maybe there is a hidden case of sleep apnea that might very well be the culprit. ask a significant other to tell you if they have ever noticed that you stop breathing while you are sleeping for any noticeable periods of time . Dam stuff will literally wipe out brain cells due to oxygen deprivation. I have a pal who over the years ..used to know where every penny was.Every penny!!Financial whiz. After un-treated apnea, This gentleman has let his tax records and finances get scattered, and became en mired in some deep doo-doo with I.R.S. He's pulling out from it now..thankfully.. Good luck with your quest.. You might end up driving into a ditch or thru a red lite.SERIOUS STUFF !

move to another location and you will find your head waking up on something else. Are you sure its the sugar.Maybe your trying to burn the candle at both ends and just need some sleep.
I do the same thing. Get very sleepy after I eat a lot of carbs. Do you ever take your blood sugar to find out how high it is when you feel like that?
try going to bed early and watch what your eatting and maybe go to your doctor
