why do i feel worse with a different med?

Question: i have recently been switched from a beta blocker to a Calcium channel blocker but after waking from sleep i feel all shakey my pulse is in the 40's and i have cp any ideas and will it go away

you need to go to the emergency room, a pulse rate of 40, and chest pains are red flags that something is not working quite right. I would recommend going to the Emergency Room right away.

Your dr. may need to change your meds or dosage. You should make an appointment as soon as you can and tell him or her exactly what you asked on here. I too am on medication and every once in awhile it needs to be changed till one is found that works best for you..
