Yes, I have, and there is nothing to it..I was quite nervous about it, and was surprised how easy it was. You do have to avoid contact with people for about 3-4 days, I used paper plates and cups and disposed of it all myself, also when using the bathroom,I used the Lysol wipes to wipe sink, toilet, and etc. and paper towels for my hands. I was put on Synthroid, because my thyroid is now gone, it is taken every morning before you have anything to eat or drink, and wait 1 hour. I wish you luck, but there really is nothing to it
