I don't know of any chat rooms for autism, but check out www.expresstrain.org for products that might help your nephew. Also go to a site called www.apraxia-kids.org. This site focuses mainly on kids with Apraxia (which has some similarities to Autism relating to speech), but if you go to the message boards, the people are really good and knowledgeble about all sorts of issues related to it. I'm sure your sister could get some help and support there. I certainly have for my 4 yr old child with Apraxia. Good luck, and hang in there.
