don't be annorexic! that's not good at all. and it can make you look horrible. take for example some of these celebrities... they don't look good at all. u can see their bones, their like walking skeletons.

You just need to starve yourself. Its not a good idea tho, it looks horriable as well as causing damage to the body
Be obsessed with your body image that it totally takes over your life. You actually constantly think of food and how you really despise it. You punish yourself by not eating, even drinking only a limited amount of fluids. You push your body over the limit by exercising more than your intake. You go dumb because your brain doesnt have energy to think properly--other than counting calories.
