Why does a human's defense system get stronger if his spleen is removed?Could it defeat uncurables?

Question:
Various studies done in Russia and I personally lost mine and have had tremendous health firghting illness.

Answers:
Your immune system actually gets a bit weaker. You can live just fine without your spleen, but it is an essential part of the immune system. The spleen eliminates dead red blood cells and stories so antibodies. I find that limiting your antibiotic intake and building your own immunity really helps you to feel better and catch less colds.

Other Answers:
The spleen is an organ where a lot of the body's defenses against infection take place. It is particularly important for fighting invasion by encapsulated bacteria (these critters envelope themselves in sugars or proteins in order to avoid being detected by immune cells). The spleen traps these organisms and allows other cells to basically chew them up and destroy them.

When a person has a splenectomy (removal of the spleen) it is recommended that they are vaccined against these encapsulated organisms, such as Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and some others. It is rare for a person's immune system to become stronger after his or her spleen being removed, but by taking preventive measures any person without a spleen who has an otherwise healthy immune system can have tremendous health, as you yourself have said.
Hope this provides a bit of clarity on the issue. The spleen has many other functions that I have not included here.
