After estrogen receptive breast cancer I was put on tamoxifen to block the estrogen - my estrogen levels were 33. 'when they hit 31 I can go on a less caustic blocker. Well I was taking 1 soy pill a day to help with the hot flashes and my estrogen readings after 3 months were over 600. So maybe soy isn't a gentle as you think.
