What do read spots mean on the hand, 4 on each hand below the skin?

Question: The spots are not a rash, but red, they burn somewhat, does anyone have an answer, I have not been outdoors working? I am trying to figure out what could cause such spots.

It could be anything. Have you been using some sort of chemicals. I would go to the doctor if I was you. It might spread if ignored.
