Yes, cuts, bruises or any broken skin in either person's mouth or any skin that comes in contact with each other.
I know know about HIV spreading like that ,but there is a virus I believe it is called Herpes. And all that has to happen it that any of your body fluid makes contact with you and the virus; you have a high probability of getting infected with it.
There might be others out there as well. Just be careful and if you do have oral sex then check with your doctor if you have any STD's.
hope this helps;

HIV it's also transmitted at microscopical levels, it doesnt take much for the pores in any area of body to be stimulated and open up this way releasing microscopical amounts of blood.
Before a man ejaculates his penis lubes up with some stuff called cowpers fluid which is a secretion from the cowpers gland. This also comes out of his penis, you may have heard it called "precum" this could have the virus in it also and then combined with cuts in your mouth or ulcers there is a chance.

If the male have received oral sex even without ejaculating, there is a risk related with the small releases of sperm that happens before ejaculation.
In case that the male have practiced oral sex to a woman, the chances are virtually none, as has been shown in studies between female homosexuals.
In any case, the best to do in case of doubting, is consulting almost immediately to a doctor and talk openly about the subject that worries you.
