Anything but herpes?
Question:
Answers:
This happened to me! I was with the same partner for over a year and suddenly got the same symptoms you're describing, burning at first.then blistering. I went to my doctor and she told me I had herpes. I was devestated. It was hard for me to believe since neither me or my boyfriend had had sex outside our relationship (and yes, we are completely honest with each other), and he was negative.
Since herpes is still a mystery to most doctors on exactly how its contracted, my doctor told me that I most likely got it years ago and just never had an outbreak. And it all depends on the type you have (I or II). Luckily, I have never had an outbreak since that time (6 years ago). She also told me that stress and combined with a low immune system can trigger an outbreak - I had both.
Don't know if this help you or not. I recommend that you read up on everything you can about herpes. There are some great webgroups out there.
Good luck! (And don't beat yourself up!)

He might have herpes as well, it might take longer for him to develop symptoms, he might want to go get checked out again. Have your doctor run the test again now, while the rash is still there.
you better check the dudes you were with like 4 years ago
hope you arent pretty

well, kid. That thing can stay dormant. did the doctor give you a treatment, He should have given you a 10 day regiment. The only thing I suggest to you would be to get witch hazel. This is an astringent, and a spray bottle. pour the witch hazel in the bottle and spray on when ever you feel the need to cool down.. also you may have a yeast infection also, so get some monostate. keep cool, kid. Well some people can carry the herpes virus and not have outbreaks, your boyfriend may be a carrier thats one possibility. Another is he just got it himself, you may want to consider if he is being faithful to you. Herpes outbreaks usually occur just a week or so after contracting the virus.
He only said he tested negative. Get a second opinion, in another part of town, as I had a fungus infection in my sinus' every 6 months for 10 years which caused a blistery spreading, flesh eating rash along side my nose, the same clinic different doctors, rotationg staff, that I went to, kept calling it `herpes simplex' & kept giving me creams & stuff for herpes. When I moved to another part of town, I went to an internal medicine doctor, and this doc told me< " You don't have herpes! " it wasn't herpes, it was a fungus infection, in my sinus' due to my allergies that manifested itself along side my nose! I used Clear X nasal wash & haven't had a break out since! You probably have some other issue going on. Go to the other side of town, & get checked out again, don't take one idiot doctors word for it, as they will try to keep you addicted to drugs just for the money. Good Luck!
