is it possible for one eyeball to be allergic to something and the other eyeball not be allergic?

But one eye maybe worse than the other to the point that the better eye may have virtually no symptoms/signs.

Sounds dumb but yah. I took my daycare kid to the eye doc because I thought he had pink eye and low and behold he has an allergy in one eye.......so weird!
