24 hours after an anaphylaxis reaction to a yellow jacket sting, how will I feel?

You'll most likely feel absolutely fine. Depending on what you were treated with. Bynadryl will wear off with in 4-6hrs. Epi accelerates your heart rate and can leave you tired; however after 24hrs it too will have worn off. You may still have some residual swelling and or hives for a couple days or longer but it shouldn't be bothersome. The hives can stay around for a while use calamine lotion it works great.
