the lymph node under my tounge is extremely swollen. why?

Question: there was discolored puss coming out of it this morning, and my tounge is swollen, as is the skin under it. the information i've found on the internet is hard to understand, and i don't have insurence. anyone know whats wrong with me??

you may have an inflamed saliva gland. you should probably go to the doctor, but if you're not going to do that, try gargling with hydrogen peroxide several times a day (no, don't swallow it). if it persists, you've really got to see the doctor. you could always go to a local health clinic.
