M.S. takes different courses in different people in some it progresses slowly and in some , fast..I feel for you..I hope in your case it is slow and lets you enjoy your life.good luck.
Like in anything in medicine, it is difficult to predict which will be your evolution.
In my own experience I have seen that people who are able to open up and talk about their fears can deal better with their diseases, no matter which might be the nature. Having a very strong wish to get better and the support of your friends/couple and family are from capital importance.
In fact, the evolution of MS is quite different from person to person. There is no reason to assume that yours will be the worst.
After each relapse may remain some difficulties, but the period between two attacks can be counted in many years.
Being sick is not something to enjoy, but to accept.
Even if I've got my degree in the traditional medicine, I advice you to start searching for an integral treatment, that takes you in consideration as a human being more than a brain cell collection.
Psychological stability is very important in order to face any disease..easy to say and quite difficult to achieve. It might be the best to try to contact an association dedicated to provide information and support specifically to MS nearby.
Believe me, sometimes being sick gives you the chance to grow and appreciate much more life once recovered.
Sincerely, Froggy
