Question:
Answers:
No. Once you're done growing, you're done. Just accept the person that you are, height and all.

Good luck but I seriously doubt it. Pueberty is over and thats when you grow the most.
There's extremely slim chances and probably none at all of this happening. It just seems too irrelevant to happen. But what you could do is eat right including vitamins and all that. But 6' is not going to happen no matter what you do. I mean you're not a kid any more and you therefore won't grow as fast as one.
No. Around that age, the bones 'fuze'/do not grow anymore.
It's all tied up in DNA. If you're already 20 years you can safely assume you are done growing. If you are only 5'4" you can bet you will stay that way. There are no artificial methods to make you grow more.
18-21 is about it for growing. sorry. wear heels or get shoes with lifts.
Girls generally stop growing a year after the start their period. Boys usually finish growing a year after puberty starts. Sorry, but if you are 21 then you have probably reached your full height.
