This doesn't sound like HIV. If you search the Internet, you'll find a few helpful and informative sites.
You can only catch HIV if you are an intravenous drug user and share your needle; or if you are having unprotected sex. Don't rely on condoms to protect you as they can split. If you are concerned then avoid casual sex.

You are describing whiteheads, they are just spots.

You get all sorts of weird viruses when you get HIV and your tcell count is low. A skin problem is a possible virus that has attached itself to a nerve cell in that area. Viruses never really go away they are just controlled in the body unless your immune system is in bad shape. Have you been tested for HIV? It's best to know and get your medication because it's the best way to keep from getting sick. The medications I give to my residents really work many haven't been sick in years with the new medications.
