yes you need to get up and walk I'm big but i get up and walk as a matter of fact i feel pretty good but you need to see a doctor
that is REALLY unhealthy... i think you need medical attention.

I really think it could be problems with circulation rather than a skin condition, so it might be more serious than you think. Please do me a favor and get it checked out.
If you can, go to the doctor. Can u still feel your legs? If not then there's a circulation problem and if u dont act quick that might lead to your legs being dead and they will have to amputate you
Sounds like gangrene. Better lop those puppies off...
Your circulation is cutting off! Go see a Dr fast and I do mean fast!
You have heard it before......lose weight. The weight is impairing your leg circulation. If you keep the weight you will develop leg ulcers and lose your legs and you life. Hopefully you can qualify for a stomach stapling.

I lost 50 lbs in five months by limiting my diet to five cans of Boost ...plus water ...a day. one for breakfast and two each for lunch and dinner. But unless you lower your cholesterol the whole program is to no avail no matter what you do.
You are getting pressure sores on them - it's the skin dying 'cos you've got bad circulation. Can't you see you're a bit too fat.
Try not eating for the next year and you might recover.
Otherwise get your coffin ready!
you sound like you are in real trouble you need real help call a ambulance now
