I appreciate the feedback... lower back mass?

Question: I do have a dr appt sched. At this time, I am a little nervous (therefor AWAKE!) and have been searching for answers all night. As for mr. smarty pants.. the location of this mass was rite on target as quoted. Your sacrum IS the lower portion of your back, and it is located between my ilium and sacrum. But thanx for the feedback jerk. I am aware of the potential danger of this lump; I was just hoping for some other possible answers.

Answers:
It may just be a fatty mass of tissue. Very common. All you may need in a relatively easy operation to have it removed. I had the procedure once, it was a snap! Your Dr. will tell you more. Good Luck!
