Am i going crazy?

Question:
Im currently 7 months pregnant with my first child and its like i over react to alot of things. Im so terrified of catching an std that i dont have sex anymore and i push men away from me. One of my best friends kissed me on my lips (no tongue) and i freaked out for days. And i heard a rumor about my best female friend having an std after she visted my house (and used the restroom) and i freaked out and changed the whole toilet seat top.lol. its like im imagining symptoms when theyre not there.i even wanted to end both friendships. i cant stop thinking about if i could of received an std from either being kissed on the lip (no tongue) or sitting on an infected toilet seat. is that possible? am i over reacting? should i seek medical help? has anyone else experienced the same thoughts?i just dont want anything to go wrong with the baby. serious replys only please.

Hello,

It is normal to be worried and also have some anxiety over this everyone does, there are alot worse people out there in comparison to yourself.

I would say calm down, anxiety can cause symptoms, believe me on this one....

well i haven't heard of any sort of infection from a toilet seat...if i wear you try using some bleach it kill the virus ( hiv) ...the air makes it weaker to infect.....

Take care of your baby and yourself

I totally understand. You should definitely seek medical help for this right away. Hormone changes can cause mood changes and psychosis. It sounds like you're obsessive compulsive right now. But don't let this go without treatment. Go to your obstetrician and ask for advice. Also, monitor your moods and thoughts after delivery and if you're not feeling right, get help fast. Don't let your thoughts spiral out of control. There is lots of help and treatment if you seek help from a professional.
Tolet seat? Im geussing you're talking about crabs (one of the easiest to catch on a toilet seat) All that it is pubic lice...Its like head lice....just ...down there...I would be careful since your pregnant. Ask them to get tested. And maybe see a doctor yourself, to calm your nerves.
no your not going crazy, you are pregnant and all your hormones are running crazy and that is why you are thinking like you are. The chances of you getting an std from kissing or a toilet seat are not very good. I would not end any relationship over it, you are going to need your friends when the baby comes to help out. And as far as sleeping with different men, I don't think that is too healthy even if you weren 't pregnant, and do hope that when you do you are using protection. Good luck with your pregnancy and try not to worry so much everything will be fine.
