can salivia or tongue licking cause hiv?
Question:
Answers:
HIV is spread by blood cells. So though it is extremely unlikely that HIV is spread by kissing it is possible if blood cells are present in the infected person's saliva. Chances increase if braces are present. Licking a person's body and not actually exchanging saliva reduces chances to about nothing.
Other Answers:
no blood to blood
From what I understand any transmission of bodily fluids can expose you to any std. Good luck and be safe.
Only if there is an open wound in the mouth
HIV is spread through the exchange of bodily fluids. I think saliva qualifies as a bodily fluid.
Uh, no. It is transfered through sex and blood.
any bodily fluids can pass it on but with saliva you have to pretty much drink alot of it, kissing and what not normally would not infect you.
No u can't contract HIV fm saliva or tongue licking w/any1, so don't let any1 tell u otherwise. U can ask any professional if this is correct.
If you know someone has HIV don't exchange any bodily fluids with them. Its not worth the risk. Plenty of other (safer) fish in the sea.
i can bring you to geyland to test it out.. you want? S$40/try.
It is theoretically possible- although not likely at all. I wouldn't worry about it unless there are open wounds. If you think you might have contracted HIV get tested, knowing for sure will make you feel better :)
